Appearance – Rich, golden amber
Nose – Fresh, ripe green orchard fruits, creamy and rich with subtle herbal and spicy notes. Floral and perfumed, with hints of Parma violets and red berries.
Palate – Lightly herbal with hints of menthol, and candied tropical fruits.
Finish – Long and complex with a nutty aftertaste.

STRs are former red Burgundy hogsheads, re-coopered using a secret process developed by Dr Jim Swan and Miguel Martin in Spain. These Swan/Martin STRs are recognised for producing a wonderful fruity character that is exceptionally well suited to Annandale’s unpeated spirit.
