‘On Jim’s recommendation, we filled just 90x 230Litre STRs with our award-winning peated and unpeated new make malt spirit.
These casks were produced through collaboration with Spanish cooperage, Jose & Miguel Martin. Originally filled with fine French Burgundy for a period of up to 7 years, these casks went through the unique STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) rejuvenation process.
