This deep amber single cask Man O’ Sword has been matured in a Fino sherry butt, a cask type that brings structure, savoury depth and a distinctive dry character to peated spirit. Cask 343 delivers an expressive and robust profile, shaped by both peat and the influence of seasoned European oak.
The aroma opens with earthy and ashy notes, layered with sweet barbecue richness and deep woody tones. On the palate, an oily texture carries savoury smoke and gentle sweetness, creating a bold yet balanced flavour profile.
