Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and Orientate Guests Greet all visitors warmly and provide an overview of the tour itinerary.
  • Conduct Engaging Tours Lead groups through the distillery, sharing captivating stories about our whisky's history, production process, and unique features.
  • Tasting Sessions Facilitate whisky tasting sessions, educating guests on the flavors and nuances of our products.
  • Maintain Tour Areas Ensure all tour areas are clean, presentable, and ready for each group.
  • Assist with Events Support private tours and special events as needed.
  • Stock Management Participate in regular stock checks for tour-related supplies.
Skills & Experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills Ability to engage with diverse groups and convey information clearly and enthusiastically.
  • Work Experience We are looking at applications with 1+ years of experience at least.
  • Customer Service Orientation Strong ability to cater to guest needs and ensure a memorable experience.
  • Adaptability and Multitasking Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Language Skills Fluency in additional languages is beneficial but not required.
