Finished through a carefully managed Double Oak maturation, this limited edition single cask enhances the bold, peated character of Man O'Sword with added richness and complexity. Bottled at its natural cask strength of 61.1% ABV, this expression beautifully showcases the harmony between spirit and cask.
The nose opens with inviting aromas of dried fruits, golden syrup, treacle and caramelised sugar, complemented by a delicate ashy smokiness. On the palate, its rich, oily texture delivers layers of dark fruit, toffee-like sweetness and warming oak spice, with the signature peat smoke weaving seamlessly throughout. A medium finish lingers with notes of caramelised sugar, soft smoke and gentle oak, leaving a satisfying warmth.
Non-chill filtered and with no added colouring, this single cask whisky is presented exactly as the cask intended, allowing the full depth and character of the spirit to shine.
