Matured in a carefully selected STR (Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred) cask, this exceptional single cask showcases the distinctive character of Man O'Sword with remarkable depth and balance. Bottled at its natural cask strength of 58.3% ABV, and with only 85 bottles available, it is a rare expression that captures the individuality of a single cask.
On the nose, sweet vanilla and rich treacle are joined by warming cinnamon and fresh orchard fruits. The palate is beautifully oily, revealing layers of creamy vanilla, caramelised sweetness and baked apples, complemented by gentle oak spice and Annandale's signature peat smoke. A medium finish leaves lingering notes of sweet spice, toasted oak and delicate smoke.
Non-chill filtered and with no added colouring, this is whisky in its purest form—crafted to be enjoyed exactly as the cask intended.

Palate
An oily, full-bodied texture carries layers of creamy vanilla, caramelised treacle, baked apples and pears, balanced by soft oak spice and Annandale's signature peated character.
Finish
Medium in length, with lingering sweet spice, toasted oak, subtle smoke and a touch of orchard fruit.
