Matured for ten years in a fresh ex-bourbon cask, this 2015 vintage Man O'Words whisky from Annandale Distillery showcases the elegance and balance that time in oak can achieve. A decade of maturation has allowed the spirit to develop greater depth and complexity while preserving the bright fruit character that defines our unpeated style.
Cask 131 has imparted a beautifully layered profile, where notes of vanilla and caramel are complemented by gentle wood spice, ripe peach and crisp fresh apple. The oily palate carries these flavours effortlessly, leading to a long, rewarding finish.
Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colouring, this expression remains a true reflection of a decade spent maturing in a single cask.
