Man O’Words 2017 Double Oak
Cask 1598 – 60.4% ABV
A 6-year old expression that has been matured in a Woodford Reserve double oak barrel. This whisky offers a complex and balanced profile, with aromas of green, fresh fruity, ripe apples and pears and with malty notes. On the palate, you will enjoy a sweet, fruity and smooth sensation, with flavours of cooked apples and a nutty finish. You will also notice some subtle hints of vanilla, spice, caramel and oak, adding depth and richness to the whisky. This is a whisky that showcases the natural character of the spirit and the influence of the wood.
