We have sourced a rare batch of Palo Cortado Double Sherried hogsheads, which have previously held Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry, two of the most exquisite and complex types of Sherry. These casks are certified and filled with our peated spirit.
This is the first time we have used this style of cask, and we expect them to produce a rich, complex and flavourful whisky.
Each cask is priced at £5300.00 and includes a 10 year maturation, insurance and maintenance period within the Annandale distillery warehouses.
